Jim Recker, along with his wife Lisa, are the proud owners and operators of Auxter-Recker Funeral Homes. Jim is a Licensed Funeral Director, Licensed Embalmer and Certified Celebrant. He coordinates the day to day operations in both Bellevue and Clyde and is highly skilled in the art of embalming and cosmetology. Jim has been a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer for over 25 years. He attended St. Meinrad College and is a graduate of the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science.

He is dedicated to helping families navigate one of life’s most difficult moments with dignity, care, and professionalism. Jim is a member of the Lions Club, and a member and Past Commodore of the Port Clinton Yacht Club. He is married to his wife, Lisa, who is also a funeral director. They have two children, Madeline & Michael, and their dog Stella.
