Joe graduated from Vanguard and Clyde High School in 1974. He had attended St. Mary's School through his 8th grade year. Joe married Judy (Garvin) and they have a son, Joe and a granddaughter, Ella.
Joe and his wife reside in Clyde. He is a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Clyde. Joe enjoys hunting, spending time outdoors, and anything that Ella wants to do.
