W. Scott Felter Obituary (1951

W. Scott, Felter, 65, formerly of Green Springs, Ohio, and now for the past fourteen years, a resident of Coshocton, died unexpectedly at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus on Sunday, September 25, 2016. Scott was born in Fremont on September 13, 1951. He was a 1969 graduate of Clyde High School where he was a member of the football, baseball and wrestling teams. Always a Flier Fan, Scott enjoyed returning to CHS to watch his children in their school activities. He had retired from trucking and being a welder. On July 14, 1991, he married his sweetheart since 1979, the former Bobbi Lance. She survives along with their children, Talania Stickles, Coshocton; Angela (Brian) Rowe, Sandusky; Cristin (Jennifer) Stickles, Green Springs; Ruth (Steven) Jesenko, Columbus; Douglas (Samantha) Felter, Fort Polk, Louisiana; Lisa Mooney (Jason Estep) Clyde; step-daughter, Kendra (Christopher) Kramer, Clyde and Mike McGinnis, Columbus. His father, Edward Felter, Clyde survives along with twenty three grandchildren. Scott was preceded in death by his mother, Gisela (Schaufler) Felter King, as well as infant twin brothers. Visitation will be on Friday, September 30, 2016 from 10:00 am until the service at 12:30 pm at Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 South Main St., Clyde, Ohio. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memory Gardens. Memorials may be made to the Clyde Athletic Department.
