Vivian (Roark) Chumley-Fowler Obituary (1947

Vivian Chumley-Fowler, 74, formerly of Clyde and Fremont, died on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at St. Joseph Hospital, Warren, Ohio. Vivian was born in Monroe, Michigan on March 23, 1947 to the now deceased Jeanette (Sandefur) and Henry Roark. She loved being with her grandchildren and sewing. She was an avid collector of "anything"! On August 28, 1965, she married Jerry Chumley. He preceded her in death on August 24, 2008. She is also preceded in death by her second husband, Richard Fowler. Survivors include her three children, Timothy J. (Lisa) Chumley, of Warren, where she made her home for the last three years; Brian L. (Jennifer) Chumley of Fremont and Gina Lynn Jones of Clyde. Seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive. Three sisters, Shirley Massamore of Michigan; Elaine Turner of Tennessee; and Lisa Sweeney of Michigan, along with one brother Duane Roark of Michigan survive as well. Visitation will be on Monday, June 7, 2021 from 5-7:00 pm at Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 South Main St., Clyde, Ohio. The funeral will be on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 10:00 am at the funeral home with Pastor Junior Kerns officiating. Burial will be in McPherson Cemetery.
