Jane C. (Center) Ellis, 79, of San Jose, California, died Thursday, November 8, 2018 in San Jose, California. She was born on her father's birthday, May 24, 1939 in Fremont to John Nolan and Emma Lou (Roberts) Center. Jane graduated from Clyde High School in 1957 and then Capital University in 1961. She was a secretary for Apple Inc. in California. Survivors include her husband, Wade Ellis of San Jose; sister, Joyce Meyer of Clyde; niece, Kourtney Meyer of Sugar Grove, Ohio; nephew, Kirk Meyer of Bellevue; great-nieces: Ashley (Mike) Mull of Bellville, Ohio and Alicia Meyer of Clyde; two great-great nieces and three great-great nephews. All services will be held in California and Hawaii. Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home & Cremation Service is assisting the family.
