James M. Shaarda

James M. "Jim" Shaarda, age 59, passed away unexpectedly at his North Royalton, Ohio home on Sunday, August 7,2022.
He was born in Bellevue on November 2,1962 to the late John R. (Bob) and Verena Shaarda. He graduated from Bellevue High School in 1981.The Ohio State University, Terra Technical College and attended Georgia Tech.
Jim is preceded in death by his parents; maternal grandparents, August and Muriel Weber; paternal grandparents, John and Veva Shaarda, as well as numerous aunts and uncles.
Jim is survived by his sisters, Kathryn (Alan) Treat of Madison, Ohio and Mary (Gene) Sitterly of Norwalk, Ohio. Also surviving is a niece Jaclyn (Brian) Ellis and their daughter, Taylor; nephews, Brian Sitterly and Matthew Sitterly. Numerous cousins also survive.
Per family request, no visitation will be observed. Burial will be private at Hunt's Corners Cemetery, Bellevue, Ohio.
Memorials, if desired, may be made to the St. Paul United Church of Christ.
